Diskominfo - To optimize the priority of activities and budget planning in 2020, the Regent of Bantul Drs. H. Suharsono gave a briefing to the Head of Regional officials Organization (OPD), Head of District in Bantul Regency, Secretary and Head of OPD Division at the Meeting Room of Mandala Saba Paramasya Bantul. Thursday (9/5).
Starting his direction, the Regent of Bantul expressed his gratitude, thanks and highest appreciation to all the heads of Regional official and their ranks for the performance of the first quarter of 2019 that had been implemented so that Bantul was ranked II in DIY. "I hope that our performance achievements, can be maintained even more improved," he said.
Furthermore in his direction he said, the planning of the RKPD in 2020 was the elaboration of the 2016-2021 RPJMD in the Fourth Year, the Regent hoped that the 2020 plan would really be able to solve various problems including economic growth, poverty and inequality. So that the regional targets that have been set can be achieved at the end of the RPJMD period.
As for the Direction of Planning Policy in 2020, activities are more focused on:
- Activities that directly touch the community. For example in the health sector, the seriousness and serious attention of the Regional Government to the community with the Free Puskesmas policy, and the fulfillment of operational Education, as well as other sectors must be directed towards activities that directly touch the community.
- Growing the economy, among others, through the development of strategic infrastructure, for example: widening & upgrading Cinomati roads, building parks and green open spaces, managing Sports / Sports Stadiums, and others.
- Reducing inequality, both income inequality and regional inequality, for example income inequality, through alleviating poverty and reducing unemployment and regional inequality, through regional development in order to capture opportunities for YIA airports.
- Handling / Rehabilitation of the impact of disasters in several regions.
"I also need to say in 2020, Bantul Regency implements Pilkada and Pilurdes, so that budget allocations are also absorbed a lot for the implementation of these activities. Given the limited financial capacity of the region, by considering the policy on the priority and strategic activities as mentioned above, I also submit all the region officials can immediately adjust and follow up," said the Regent.
Ending his direction, the Regent invites all Regional Offices to immediately review the activities planned for 2020, so that budget allocations are truly effective according to priorities and strategic activities.
