To create Bantul that healthy, smart and prosperous , the Regional Secretary of Bantul District, Drs. Hilmi Jamharis, M.M, representing the Regent of Bantul, launched the E-Commerse at Gd. Ind. Lt.3 Parasamya Complex, Bantul Regional Government, Friday (02/08).
Also attending the event were Secretary of LPPMM MUI DIY Khamidinal, YARSI University Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Salam, MS., Ph.D, members of the Traditional Food and Beverage Association (Asma Mitra), representatives of the relevant OPD, along with other invited guests.
In the report of the chief organizer, Ir.Edi Purwanto said that the event was thanks to the collaboration, the MoU between the Bantul Regional Government and YARSI University Jakarta as a facilitator by providing facilities in the form of training on trademark registration procedures, halal socialization, E-Commerce facilities, and preparation of regional geographical indication documents of wedang uwuh of Bantul Regency. The training was attended by 60 participants from Asma Mitra.
While the Chancellor of YARSI University in his speech said that his party would provide training related to product brands, product patenting so that the name of the product is internationally known.
At the event handed over E-Commerce from YASRI University to the Regional Secretary forwarded to the Chairperson of the Association of Asma Mitra. While the Secretary of the District of Bantul said that in order to facilitate the marketing activities of products in the Regency of Bantul, the Regency Government of Bantul had a creative home. However, it has not been well socialized in the midst of the community. "We want people to be able to follow the development of IT for ease of marketing and transactions, because if not, it will be crushed by it." he stressed.
While the Regional Secretary when reading the mandate of the Regent of Bantul said that handicraft products which had a role had significantly increased society growth and economy. The Regent hopes that with the existence of E-Commerce, they will be increasingly motivated to increase competitiveness.
The launching of E-Commerce was marked by the beating of Gongs by the Secretary of Bantul and continued with the socialization of halal certification from MUI DIY and from other sources.
