With the launch of Dukcapil Smart at the beginning of this year, the Bantul community found it easier to manage population documents, such as electronic KTP (e-KTP) and birth certificates with an android-based application that can be downloaded via Google Playstore.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bantul Regency Bambang Purwadi, SH, MH when answering questions hosted at the Paseban Park broadcast program with the theme "Adminduk Services in the Digital Era" which was broadcast live on TVRI Yogyakarta station, Tuesday (17/9 ). The only resource person at the event was the Bantul District Secretary Drs. Helmi Jamharis, MM.
On that occasion Bambang Purwadi explained that the Dukcapil Smart application that can be downloaded via Googleplay is to facilitate the Bantul community in handling population documents, such as e-KTPs, child identity cards (KIA), birth certificates, and so on.
Bambang said that the Civil Service Agency for four years had taken 14 major steps. Of the 14 major steps, one of which is the latest is the Android-based Adminduk Application with the name Dukcapil Smart application.
As exemplified by Bambang, the tutorial for a birth certificate application is simply to open Dukcapil Smart on the Birth Certificate menu, then select the Birth Certificate icon, then press the 'Additional' button. Then complete all required data and photos then press the send button. Then the Birth Certificate status will appear.
If the birth certificate has been received, immediately confirm by pressing the 'confirmation' button, then the status will change. And will send the intended birth certificate via the applicant's cellphone, and must click confirmation if the birth certificate has been received.
In addition, electronic signatures for family cards and birth certificates with certified barcodes are safe from burglary elements who are not responsible. At present all residents from birth to death must have population documentation.
Of the 938 thousand residents of Bantul, who do not yet have Asminduk data can be identified through the Asminduk data with their names and addresses clearly. "With the Population Registration Number (NIK), all services can be served, such as to get BPJS, SIM, school assistance, want to go to college, and so on," explained Bambang.
The Dukcapil Office also provides special services for residents who cannot come to the Dinas such as people with disabilities, people with mental disorders, and others. Every Friday, the Disdukcapil car picks up the ball to serve them.
In addition there is also PAGODA namely e-KTP recording plus blood type which is an innovation in collaboration with PMI Bantul Regency. To do a blood type test, it can be served every Monday-Thursday, 09.00 WIB - 12.00 WIB at Disdukcapil.
While the Secretary of Bantul Regency explained that there are a number of government tasks, including encouraging the society to advance, empower and provide the best service. "With the increasingly sophisticated information technology-based services (IT), the government is also pushing for changes such as the Bantul Regency Communication and Information Agency that can always bridge the service OPD with the society so that the society can be well served and the government can provide better services too, "said the Secretary.
To support the better stewards, explained the Secretary of Bantul, we also encourage the ASNs to become smart ASNs, so that they can provide fast, precise and satisfying bureaucratic services. Smart ASN's characteristics include having high integrity, discipline, mastering IT so that it can serve better and not miss the development of IT.
"With the advancement of IT, all public data has been stored in a database that has been connected with all the right and fast service applications in Disdukcapil, which is not impossible now, but a reality," explained the Secretary.
