The Governor of DIY Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X Inaugurates UII Hospital in Pandak Bantul

Diskominfo –The  Governor of DIY, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, inaugurated the Indonesian Islamic University Hospital in Pandak Bantul. Kepyakan Ageng or the Grand Opening of UII Hospital was attended by Forkopimda DIY, Deputy Regent of Bantul along with the relevant OPD, UII Waqf Board, Civitas Hospitalia, and a number of invited guests. Tuesday (9/24).

According to the Director of the UII Hospital Dr. Widodo Wirawan, M.Ph. in its report said, this hospital has conducted a soft opening since February 10, 2019, for approximately 7 months of operation UII Hospital has served 10000 patients and has served 175 babies.

"UII Hospital is present in the Bantul Regency area with the motto 'Excellence in service and excellent hospitality, or Leading Service and Excellent Hospitality, with a view to promoting quality and comfort of services, as well as providing treatment facilities, health support for all people at affordable prices," he said.

He further said, UII Hospital was built on an area of 2.8 hectares with a total building of 2.4 hectares consisting of 6 floors, 105 had been opened for service in the beginning with a total planning of 265 rooms consisting of Emergency Room with operating rooms emergency, intensive service facilities consisting of 15 beds including child intensive services. "The polyclinic consists of 24 rooms with 75 specialist doctors, rooms available from class III for 75 thousand rupiahs to suite classes for 900 thousand rupiahs including 3 meals," he explained.

There is an interesting thing that Dr. Widodo said that since the agility of UII Hospital until the end of the year, service users get year-end promos such as moving room classes for free, providing specialist doctor services and free consultation to pick-up and delivery promotions, both outpatient and inpatient care for regions throughout Yogyakarta.

While in his mandate, DIY Governor Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X on behalf of the local government gave the highest appreciation to the UII extended family for his ideas and initiatives to build hospitals with luxury services and facilities at affordable prices, he also hoped that he would collaborate between modern medical methods and traditional medicine.

 

"Hopefully with the construction of this hospital, adding convenience to public health services, success will always be for UII Hospital," he said.
