The Jogja Heboh event, which was successfully held on February 1-28, 2019, will be held again in 2020. The Jogja Heboh event, which is led by KADIN DIY, ASITA Yogyakarta and PHRI Yogyakarta and all tourism stakeholders in DIY, is planned to be held again in the title on 2 February 2020 for 2 months (February-March)
This was revealed when the Regent of Bantul, Drs Suharsono, received guests from KADIN DIY, ASITA Yogyakarta and PHRI Yogyakarta and KADIN Bantul on Thursday, 29/08/2019 at the Bantul Regent's Office. This activity was held in order to boost tourist visits in February and March, which is a low seasion in the tourism sector. With a variety of interesting entertainment, discounts on various tourist services and various other events are expected to be able to attract tourists both domestically and abroad.
Bantul Regent who was accompanied by Development and Economic Assistant, Head of Trade Office, Head of Communication and Information Office, Office of Culture, Office of KUKMP, Public Relations and Protocol, stated that they are ready to support various events that will be held at this moment which will be packaged with the tagline "Bantul Asyik".
It is hoped that with longer and more mature preparations Jogja Heboh 2020 will be better organized so that it can make a positive contribution to the economy of citizens in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
